The Amethyst Cave
Located in New Milton in the New Forest this studio provides the perfect setting to get yourself fully prepared for your birth in an informed and positive way. Made for hypnobirthing classes and antenatal education.
A gorgeous serene studio to learn and relax in. With underfloor heating, a well equipped kitchen area and ambient lighting, you will fully absorb the beautiful calming energy in this space.

Parking available outside in the road or pay and display, 2 minutes away off Crossmead Avenue. Please check car park restrictions and details.
Sessions
I teach my group hypnobirthing courses, antenatal workshops and free workshops in the studio. There is lots of equipment and options for you to sit or recline in whatever way makes you most comfortable. I may use aromatherapy in the sessions but will always ensure you are comfortable with these first.

Hot and cold drinks will be available at every session, feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Depending on the course you are taking, lunch may also be provided by me to help keep those energy levels up and focus at optimum.
