The Real Birth Workshop

The Real Birth Programme is detailed. evidence based antenatal education. It is taught in smaller groups or through 1-2-1 sessions, either face to face or virtually. The Real Birth Programme is enjoyable, informative, factual and taught in comfortable and relaxing learning environment, so no matter which course you choose you will find what you are looking for.

I completed my Real Birth Company training in 2020 while in my third trimester of pregnancy with my second baby. It truly changed my whole outlook on birth and so began my obsession with supporting and educating all birthing people and your partners to help them have informed and positive birthing experiences.

I currently teach private workshops online. It is a 6 hour workshop that I can teach in one day 10am - 4pm or over 2 x 3 hour sessions on consecutive days. We can arrange mutually agreeable dates upon payment.
